Great Chinese food. My wife and I order from their once a week and have always been pleased. They have never gotten an order wrong or had anything we didn't like. They give very generous portions too.

Small take out place. Authentic Chinese menu and cooking. Had 6 or 8 take out meals in past year. All above average Chinese fare. Dumplings, wonton soup, chick/black beans . . . Worth checking out.

I normally don't give low reviews like this, but after multiple attempts of dinner from here it has to be done. The first time we ordered wontons and they were dried out, over cooked and had next to nothing inside them. The next time we placed an order for wontons the lady at the counter (walked inside to place order) said they don't have wontons. (Really?) She also said they don't have ho fun, or broad noodles. In fact she looked at me like I was nuts. Both times the General Tso's was not good. It was not spicy, even after asking for extra spicy. The mae fun (rice noodles) didn't have much meat or vegetable variety. We were disappointed both times and won't be returning.

These people are poisoners! We stopped in one night on the way home for some takeout. The food was prepared quickly but the chow-fun was no fun at all and the other entrée, hot and spicy chicken, was inedible. It all sort of tasted like it was all mashed and strained together in lawn grass, which is scary because it was January! I hate to say this but we threw the food away and ate cereal that night. I would really have liked a good Chinese restaurant near by but this is not it!

I typically order the General Tsao's chicken combination platter at every local Chinese place I visit, and China Delight's is probably the best (I love their egg rolls and won ton soup, but they're not difficult food items to mess up). This place would be a great deal better if they offered an area for dining in.

They have to fire the cook. If that is not possible. Then hire a new one because the food terrible.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
